We post Australia-wide via Australia Post. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions, and your address.
Lead times
Most custom prints are ready to ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Large or complex jobs may take longer — we'll let you know up front.
Ready-made (in-stock) items dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Tracking
Every parcel gets a tracking number, sent to your email when we dispatch. Track at auspost.com.au/track.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:
- Email us at info@mandr3dprinting.com.au with your order number.
- We'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post (this typically takes 3–10 business days).
- Once AusPost confirms the parcel is lost or that damage occurred in transit, we'll resend or refund at our cost.
For parcels marked "delivered" by AusPost but not received, check with neighbours and your local post office first — most cases resolve at that step.
International shipping
We don't currently ship internationally. If you're outside Australia and want a quote, email us — we'll see what we can do.
Address changes
We can change your shipping address up until the parcel is lodged with AusPost. Email us right away if you need to update it.
