Returns & refunds
Your consumer guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure (and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage), and to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing on this page limits those rights.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or not as described:
- Email info@mandr3dprinting.com.au within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
- We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our cost — whichever you prefer for major faults.
Change of mind on ready-made items
For ready-made (non-custom) items, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In re-sellable condition
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item back.
Custom and made-to-order items
Custom-printed items, made-to-order items, and personalised work are not returnable for change of mind — we've made it specifically for you.
If a custom item is faulty or differs materially from what was agreed (including print defects we should have caught before shipping), your consumer guarantees still apply — see "Faulty or damaged on arrival" above.
How refunds work
- Refunded to your original payment method (Stripe / PayPal / card)
- Processed within 5 business days of approval
- Your bank may take an additional 1–10 business days to show the credit
